Preparing for Birth
This one-day birth preparation workshop focuses on preparing couples for labour and birth. For the purposes of the workshop, I act as a birth doula for each and every participant, working through issues such as how to stay at home, pain relief that would work for them, how they can prepare their partners and show them useful ways to support, individual concerns (eg post-caesarean, diabetes, breech).
Classes run from 9.30am - 5pm and the day costs £60 per person (includes lunch and refreshment).
