One to One Birth Preparation
This one-to-one intensive preparation for pregnant women and their partners, is spread over two sessions and takes place in their own home and at their convenience. We would cover what to expect in labour, look at how labour best progresses, how to stay at home to get labour well established, pain-management techniques, the transfer to hospital, navigating hospital protocols, using a birthpool, how partners can be effective supporters.
The cost for the two sessions is £140
