Preparing for birth can take many forms. Yoga and relaxation will provide one thing, birth preparation something else, but simply being able to express thoughts and feelings about pregnancy, fears and hopes about the birth and even anxiety and excitement about becoming a mum also has its place.These mornings sessions are basically an informal gathering, where women get to talk about all the things, there seems no time or chance to talk through anywhere else.
