This one-day birth preparation workshop focuses on preparing couples for labour and birth. Early Parenting Workshop
These aim to prepare still-pregnant women for the early hours, days and weeks with their baby. Again, I function as I would when attending a woman as a post-natal doula - supporting women with what to expect generally, with their feeding choices, understanding what their newborn will need and why they need it, as well as a host of practical tips from bathing to sleep to useful recipes, to partners supporting each other....read more »
One to One Birth Preparation
This one-to-one intensive preparation for pregnant women and their partners, is spread over two sessions and takes place in their own home and at their convenience.
